Second home purchase - Parents to occupy.

How fast did I get this approved? Less than 3 hours. Sent the application to the lender at 11AM, got it approved before 2 PM.

How do I do this? I asked all the documents upfront and get the client well prepared.

By the time clients make an offer, I do have all the documents, get thing organized, lenders very rarely ask for additional documents. Nothing gets in the way.

Some say I should never pursue perfection. I disagree with that statement.

I always pursue perfection, this way, I can be better prepared if things get in the way, and I can protect my clients.
