Purchase - Pre con home

Just like I said in my previous post... very important to understand risks of purchasing a pre-con home.

This build hasn't been delayed so clients got super lucky. I am so so glad that I was holding a rate for my clients at 5.09% 3 year fixed.

Now 3 year fixed rate is hovering around 6.3%.
